Skaugen Wuzhou Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is a Cooperative Joint Venture 85% owned by I.M. Skaugen investing in the yard’s infrastructure.

These investments improve Quality , Productivity, Safety in the yard in Taizhou, and allow it to produce high quality, tailor made and state-of the-art ships built to our exacting requirements.

The shipyard specializes in building and repairing various ships up to 10,000 dwt under direct supervision and management by Skaugen Marine Construction Co., Ltd.

The shipyard is located in Taizhou and has over 40 years of ship building and repairing history.

The new infrastracture invested by IMS in the shipyard ensures provision of innovative and flexible vessels to customers at low cost.
