CEO and Deputy member to the board

Joined the I.M. Skaugen SE board in late 1990 and after a merger that created the public company I.M. Skaugen ASA. Became CEO in 1992, when the company initiated a complete turnaround process and restructuring and has since then been in charge of refocusing the Group and its activities with its customer service programs, quality focus, cost and service leadership programs as well as its drive to achieve a global presence with a multicultural approach and current innovation processes.

Holds a degree in Business Administration from Seattle University, Washington in USA. Has top managerial and board experience in finance, industrial, shipping and marine-related service activities, nationally and internationally.

He is also the Chairman of Oslo Maritime Network. He is also the managing director and a board member of Eikland AS; the main shareholder of I.M. Skaugen SE.

His current term on the I.M. Skaugen board expires in 2012.
